We're proud to share that our Community Relations Director, Rachael McKinney, recently completed her second year of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management (IOM) at the University of Georgia.
Institute for Organization Management is a four-year professional development program designed for chamber, association, and nonprofit professionals. The program provides advanced training in areas including leadership, membership, communications, finance, strategic planning, governance, and organizational management.
McKinney joined chamber professionals from across the country for the weeklong Southeast Institute, continuing her professional development while gaining new ideas, resources, and connections to bring back to the Obion County Chamber and the community it serves.
With the completion of her second year, McKinney is now halfway through the four-year program and working toward earning the IOM graduate recognition.
