Our Opening Retreat at Lone Oak Farms marked a meaningful start to the year, bringing the Class of 2026 together for two days of connection, reflection, and intentional leadership development. Designed to build strong relationships while deepening self-awareness, this session encouraged participants to explore their leadership styles, personalities, and values in a collaborative and supportive environment.
