UNION CITY – Olena and Konstantin Kostanyan never dreamed of opening a Ukrainian bakery anywhere, much less in far Northwest Tennessee, a place about which they knew almost nothing. What they did know is that they couldn’t stay in their dream home in Kharkiv in eastern Ukraine, not after Russian artillery shells began landing nearby.
