With still several weeks remaining in the 2024-25 school year, Union City Director of Schools Wes Kennedy is already putting pieces into place for 2025-26.
Kennedy has tabbed UC Middle School Principal Lance Morgan as the new Director of Teaching and Learning, beginning July 1. Morgan will replace longtime Union City Schools educator/administrator Rene Flood, who is retiring from that position at the end of the current school year.
Current UCMS Vice Principal Cole McAdams will be elevated to the principal spot for 2025-26, while 8th grade ELA teacher Allison Kail will become the new Vice Principal at Union City Middle.
