The Adult Leadership Obion County 2021-2022 class recently participated in Agriculture Day on October 6th. The class visited Green Plains Obion, Obion County Central High School, and Discovery Park of America.

On October 30, we held the first Run the Rails half marathon, 5K, 10K, and 1-mile fun run. This event brought over 130 runners from 5 different states to downtown Union City.
It was a pleasure to attend the 2021 AL/MS/TN Rural Tourism Conference in Sweetwater, Tennessee. With sessions on where we are heading in the tourism industry post covid, capitalizing on agritourism, and downtown strategies, we were able to leave the conference refreshed and excited about rural tourism!
(NASHVILLE, Tenn.) – The Tennessee Economic Development Council (TEDC) announces its board officers for 2021-2022. The officers were elected by the nominating committee at TEDC’s Fall Conference held in Memphis, TN.
We recently attended the 2021 Tennessee Chamber of Commerce Executives Institute in Murfreesboro, TN.
